Florida Data, LLC ("Florida Data," "we," "us") is an Orlando, Florida–based data products and analytics company. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website (floridadatallc.com), our product documentation, and our software products distributed through the Snowflake Marketplace, including Crosswalk.
The most important thing to know: our Snowflake Native App products (such as Crosswalk) run entirely inside your organization's own Snowflake account. Your business data — including advertising campaign data you load into the app — stays within your Snowflake environment and is never transmitted to, accessed by, or stored by Florida Data. We build it that way on purpose.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. If you contact us by email, submit a form on our website, request support, book a consultation, or sign up for updates, we receive what you send — typically your name, business email address, company, and the contents of your message.
Marketplace lead information. When you install, trial, or request one of our listings on the Snowflake Marketplace, Snowflake may share your name, business email address, and company with us so we can respond to your interest and support your use of the product.
Website form data. When you submit our contact or newsletter forms, we store the submitted information (and basic technical details such as IP address) in our own database to respond to you and to protect against abuse.
What we do not collect. We do not collect data processed inside our Native Apps in your Snowflake account. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use the information above to: respond to inquiries and provide support; deliver, maintain, and improve our products; send communications about our products and updates (you can opt out at any time); and comply with legal obligations. Where marketing communications are involved, they are limited to information about our own products.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (such as email and website hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations;
- Snowflake, as necessary to operate Marketplace listings under their terms;
- Authorities where required by law.
If Florida Data is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take the responsibility seriously — minimizing what we collect in the first place is our primary safeguard.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing emails, by writing to support@floridadatallc.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe (and within any timeframe required by applicable law). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU/UK GDPR; we honor valid requests under applicable law regardless of your location.
Third-party links
Our website and documentation may link to third-party sites (for example, the Snowflake Marketplace, Credly, or LinkedIn). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of our website or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
